Murger Han is a Chinese restaurant exclusively serving Xi’an cuisine. Their name comes from Murger which a popular street food dish in China that can be compared to the Western hamburger. As well as murgers, the Elephant and Castle Chinese restaurant offers hand pulled noodles (both hot and cold), clay pot dishes, soup and skewers as well as a range of vegan and vegetarian options.
The Xi’an restaurant is famous for their must-try 12-foot long Biang Biang noodles which boasts as the longest noodle in London. Murger Han Elephant & Castle restaurant is their fourth location across London, alongside their other locations in London Bridge, Euston and Mayfair.
